Here in Wyandotte County KS (Kansas City on the Kansas side of the state line) we have removed Module 8 from the training.

We have told the students and it is policy that if a WMD or Terrorist event has happened that CERT will not be involved on the site.  They may work down in the EOC or something along that line.

The only hazmat training that they get is what is in the book.  Nothing more, nothing less.  We use to give each student a copy of the DOT response guide book, and teach them how to use it.  But I do not know if we have anymore copies.
