If you miss a class, you can go to any other location to make it up.
Check the class schedule at
http://www.cert-la.com/basic, click on a class that's convenient for you. then call the contact person to verify the date, time and location of the class. If the contact says you can't attend for any reason, send an email to
cert-la@usa.net immediately.
Fill out the Operational Area Make-up Class Form at
http://www.cert-la.com/Operational-Area-Make-up-Class-Form.pdf, have the make-up class instructor sign it, and return the completed form to your original training agency.
