What makes my Battalion special is our diverse and quite large area I might add.
I do believe that Batt 2 has a lot neighborhoods to cover, between Silverlake, Atwater, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Arroyo Seco, Boyle Heights, Echo Park...a lot of them are full of history, the people involved with and along the city councils makes it even greater because it creates a sense of togetherness within the community and its members.
Let's not forget the Southwest Museum, the Gold Line that leads into Pasadena, our galleries(art), etc.
Battalion 2 Fire Stations: 1, 12, 16, 42, 44, 47, 50, 55
The Battalion 2 Coordinators are Maria Riley, Hans Riser and Tom Wirth.
