that a ink stencil. If you go to a store that handle school sport shirts sweaters and other clothing. They should be able to make one up.

I was thinking about that, but I did not know if it was copyrighted.  Even if it is not, I am artistically challanged and would fail at copying it. 

Is there somewhere I could get the artwork?  Was it CERT-LA's design?  If I could get permission and the artwork, maybe we could get a group together to crank out a couple dozen.  Perhaps as a fundraiser so we can get a quarterly training on the calendar?
