You may have noticed that, over the last couple of years, the LAFD CERT Unit has partnered with the LA County Operational Area in hosting the semi-annual CERT refreshers. This arrangement has been working quite well. The LA County Operational Area will host this refresher and the Los Angeles Fire Department will host the next one. The two agencies work together to plan and support each event. This is not a matter of "our refresher" and "their refresher", but it is a matter of both groups getting the most for CERT graduates out of their combined resources and experience.
