MINNESOTA STATE

The State of Minnesota's CERT Program, coordinated through the MN Division of Emergency Management (DEM), is part of the MN Citizen Corps Council. DEM sponsors CERT train-the-trainer courses for new CERT communities in Minnesota and works with these jurisdictions to enhance their CERT programs and capabilities.
