Communities In Schools Regional CERT
The Communities In Schools program, in conjunction with the West Central Texas Council of Governments, is providing CERT training to its teachers and other employees. The CIS program is represents a 19-county area. CIS works with at-risk youth through on-campus and after-school programs.TEXARKANA, TX (BOWIE COUNTY)
