If you miss a class, you can go to any other location to make it up. Click on a class that's convenient for you, and call the contact person to verify the date, time and location of the class. Fill out the Operational Area Make-up Class Form, have the make-up class instructor sign it, and return the completed form to your original training agency.

If no class number is shown, click on a class to get the contact's name.
