Disaster Psychology Video

Recently we ran across a video on YouTube that was produced by the United States Fire Academy.

Does anyone know where we might be able to download that video, or purchase that video to use in our trainings? We don't always have internet access where we are doing the trainings so just going off of YouTube is not an option.
